EVIDENCE BEFORE CONFIDENCE
Testing should be visible. Use a sample first, inspect what gets shared, and check the actual download.
The public demo checks six text patterns in your browser. It never uploads, saves or executes text. It is a limited preview of the fuller local reader.

These establish tested behavior, not real-world hack-detection accuracy. Native Mac/Linux installation, production SMTP and live AI interception are not validated.
Read the full validation record ↗The local reviewer made bounded public homepage reads of AppOpener .com and .in, plus GitHub, YouTube and Instagram. The browser-control observations are not security scores, exploit tests or whole-site audits.
Read the historical AppOpener comparison ↗No result guarantees an app is safe. Installed binaries and media aren’t malware-scanned. A static permission pattern doesn’t prove live access. Website alerts need connected signed events; an indicator is not proof of compromise.
Privacy & boundaries ↗The bundled Windows installer passed isolated runtime, key/account preservation, start/stop and shortcut checks. Fifteen website/payment JavaScript checks passed, including unpaid orders, refunds, tampered recovery, fixed ₹999 pricing and direct download denial. Production Cashfree credentials and domain approval are not configured; no real payment was made.
Read desktop validation ↗ · White paper ↗Twenty-three JavaScript checks passed across the website, checkout boundaries and UPI tool. Independent QR decoding recovered the exact intended URI for all three palettes and a non-English name. Amounts use integer paise; malformed links, hidden controls and extra instruction fields are rejected.
Browser checks exercised invalid amounts, stale-result removal, the explicit payer handoff, mobile layout, motion pause, the waiting-corner game, and Steady timeline creation and clearing. The keyboard skip link preserves payment instructions. This is not a test of every bank, payment app, printer or camera. No real payment was made.
The merchant dashboard remains a preview with a local notification test. The unified web companion supplies its install experience. Real merchant sign-in, shared order persistence, settlement verification and background order alerts are not connected. The free tool never confirms payment. Search metadata and three sourced guides are published; search ranking is not guaranteed.
Try the free UPI tool ↗ · Read the guides ↗Forty-eight JavaScript checks passed, including local QR syntax review, blocked active/private destinations, explicit opening consent, camera permission races and track cleanup, sanitised local history, atomic changes across tabs, and the existing checkout boundaries.
Browser checks decoded an actual multilingual UPI QR image, confirmed that opening stays unavailable until review, blocked an active-code URL, preserved a display name after reload, exported only fixed summaries and hostnames, and kept the history count unchanged while logging was paused. The clear-history confirmation was reviewed; deletion and retention limits passed automated checks. Desktop and 390-pixel layouts were inspected across the landing page, Steady, scanner and Accounts without horizontal page overflow.
Camera decoding and installation lifecycle were tested with controlled fixtures. Physical camera scanning, installed standalone mode, iOS installation, real UPI-app handoff and payments still require device checks. The web account cannot read the desktop audit database. No QR reputation or malware verdict is claimed.
