A useful check. A clear boundary.
The tester checks the decoded address and payment fields for suspicious or unsupported patterns. It does not visit the website, follow redirects, verify a bank recipient, scan files behind the link or prove that a destination is safe. Shortened links can conceal their final destination.
Scan summaries are saved in your browser profile on this device by default. Raw QR text, images, payment-recipient details and URL query values are not saved. Pause, export or clear history in local Accounts.
